  1. FINAL SALES:The sale of e-gift certificates, gift cards, jewelry, cosmetics, lingerie and items marked Sale are final. Final sale items can not be returned or exchanged for other store items, for store credit or for a full refund.
  2. For any other return or exchange, items must be unworn with tags and sanitary liners (for swimwear) must be intact. Original receipts must be presented at the time of return.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date merchandise was shipped.

If any item, except final sale items, purchased on does not meet your expectations:

  1. You may return the item(s) for an exchange or store credit at Boutique Rocco store located at 4321 St-Denis, Montreal, QC. H2J 2K9.
  2. You can also return the item(s) by mail for a full refund to the address below.

For Full Refund of Online Purchases:
Refunds of online purchases will only be accorded if returned by mail.

  1. All packages include 2 forms: an Order Invoice and a Return Form. Please fill in the Return Form by indicating the reason for the return as well as the return quantity. Specify which item you are returning by placing a check mark in the return box. You may keep the original invoice for your records.
  2. Make sure to pack and seal the merchandise properly. Return in the original packaging if possible. Include the Return Form in the package. Affix the enclosed merchandise return label to the outside of the package. Return shipping is not pre-paid. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  1. Please allow up to 3 weeks after the date shipped for the processing of your return. Your account will then be credited. The credit will appear on your statement after 1-2 billing cycles.

  Returns for Defective or Wrongly Shipped Merchandise:

  1. Any item deemed defective or item different from original invoice may be exchanged. All defects will be subject to inspection.
    1. Merchandise can  be returned by mail. To guarantee the most efficient processing, please clearly indicate the return code as either 8 for any defective item or 9 for any item wrongly shipped on the Return Form. In the case of a defective item, please indicate in the notes section of the return form the nature of the defect and whether you would like an exchange.
    2. Post inspection, if an item is deemed defective or wrongly shipped, a replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued in the same form of the original method of payment.
    3. If an item is deemed defective or wrongly shipped, your return shipping costs will be credited back to you in the same method of payment as the original purchase. In order to be credited for return shipping, you must include your return shipping receipt along with your Return Form. Items sent for exchange within 30 days postmarked will be accepted.

Returns of Online Purchases Made with Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards or Store Credits:

Credits of purchases made with gift cards, e-gift cards or store credits can only be refunded to the exact gift card, e-gift cards or store credit voucher originally used to make the purchase. It is important to retain gift cards, e-gift cards or store credits in order to receive a credit for online purchases paid for using theses methods of payment.


Orders shipped to customers residing outside of Canada may incur additional duties and costs at the time of delivery.  The buyer is responsible for these costs, if they apply.  For more information on customs, duties and taxes, please refer to your country’s customs website.
